The ideal destination for your camping needs is our Utopia camping shop, conveniently situated within the festival venue. When you reserve a pre-set tent, it will be readily available at a designated location with clear directional signs. Feel free to inquire with others or simply follow the signs to locate your tent. Occasionally, the venue may be closed to visitors prior to the official opening. Therefore, if you arrive early, kindly inform us over email in advance to ensure a seamless experience. A few days before the festival starts we provide our customers by email with a map of our exact location and a phone number to call in case someone gets lost 🙂

Please note that the rental period is for the official opening days of the festival, so you can get and use the equipment only during these days. At the festival, we operate from 09:00 to 01:00, which are also the opening hours of our camping shop. If you need your equipment at other times of the day, let us know! At Pre pitch tents there is reception 24/7
