How it Works
It’s simple as can be: Choose a festival, check out the available gear and choose what you need and how much then add to cart. Our catalog gives you detailed information on the gear, our rental service and answers to your most important questions.
Once you have added everything to your cart you will be forwarded to check out.
We offer three payment options: PayPal (+Credit Card) Bitcoin and Bank transfer. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation mail with your order details. If you have chosen to pay with Bank transfer, and email will be sent to you with our bank information so you can make the payment, ones the payment is done them your booking in confirm. Please note: You must get a confirmation letter in order to be in our system.
In your cart you find a deposit fee, you must pay it in order to complete your booking. The deposit will be returned to you in the same payment mothed you paid with and up to 14 business days after the end of the rental period and under our T&C
Upon arrival at the festival, stop by at our shop on the main market street to pick up your gear. Make sure to bring the confirmation email (preferably on your phone in order to reduce our paper footprint). By the way: we carry lots of extras that can be picked up on-site!
Before you leave the festival, simply return the equipment in its initial state to get your deposit back. The gear needs to be returned in person by the lessee if not agreed upon otherwise. Deposits will be returned in the same way as they were paid.
