Frequently Asked Questions
Simply return all rented gear to the Utopia team in the same condition in which you received it.
Please remove any rubbish or personal belongings before returning tents and other equipment. Our staff will check that everything has been returned and confirm that no items are missing or damaged.
Your security deposit will then be refunded to the same payment method you used for your booking. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days and deductions may apply if equipment is missing, damaged, or not returned in the required condition.
Your booking is confirmed once we have received your payment and you have received a confirmation email from Utopia.
This email includes your order number, booking details, and QR code. Depending on the payment method, it may take a little while for the confirmation email to arrive.
This is why it is important to enter a valid email address and check that all details are correct when placing your booking.
Plans can change, so the amount refunded depends on how early you cancel:
• More than 14 days before your rental starts: full rental refund
• Between 7 and 14 days before your rental starts: 50% rental refund
• Between 3 and 7 days before your rental starts: 20% rental refund
• Less than 3 days before your rental starts: no rental refund
The booking fee is non-refundable. Any bank transfer fees, payment processing fees, or currency conversion charges are also non-refundable.
Your security deposit will be refunded in all cancellation cases.
To cancel your booking, please email info@utopia-camping.com and let us know that you would like to cancel. Please include your order ID. If you do not have it available, mention the email address you used to make the booking.
Yes, someone else can collect your camping gear on your behalf.
Please let us know in advance and include the name of the person who will collect the gear. Make sure they have the QR code that was sent to you by email and is also attached to your invoice.
A screenshot of the QR code is more than enough to collect the gear. However, in case of any technical issues, we also recommend keeping your booking ID handy.
Coming to the festival with a bigger crew? Just let us know at info@utopia-camping.com which gear you would like to rent, including the quantities, and mention the festival you are attending.
We will check your request and get back to you with a one-time discount code where possible.
